I bought some new walking shoes yesterday and wore them enough to make my calves and thighs sore from breaking them in. Besides it was still hot, I was tired and so I didn't jog this morning.
The family is now pretty much gone. Great to see them, but it was very emotional this year, also very tiring with chemo, and 6-8 hours a day of visiting with them. Today I'm resting, have to go back to UPS tonight, not sure how I'll do in the heat. It just seems like it saps my strength quickly and then I start feeling a little tingly, not so much dizzy, but just shaky.
Getting ready to take a little siesta @ 10:30, mb mow the grass this pm, who knows, I can do it tomorrow.
