Jogged 2 miles, started at the 11:06 pace, at 1.75 miles went down to 10:42 pace just to get it over with, just can't feel comfortable on one, but it much better than not running.
Again no real effects from the chemo, although I'm feeling a little itchy ( possible side effect ) mainly around the neck, like where your t-shirt circles your neck. More like a irritation than a series of mosquito bites, but enough to feel like there are now small welts there. Got some Calamine lotion and that helped.
Getting ready to shower after my run, have stopped sweating and will soon smell great again.
