Met my son at 9AM for 9 holes of golf, not saying who won, but I got the trophy............lol. I wore my running shoes, does that count for a run. I walked 9 holes, sheeeeeeeeeesh, what a hard crowd. No, I'm not going to to run today.
Everything is fine with my health, no chemo this Friday, this was an off week anyways.
