"Easter" Almost here

Well my big game day for my song debut is just about here. The last practice is @ 9:30 local time and I must give my final pep talk to the choir. Crossing my fingers here.

Taxes are done, not the best of news, but about the same as last year.

New retirement

This is my second week of retirement and I think I'm enjoying it. It seems very odd that I'm not on vacation and have to return to the workforce on Monday. My days are fine but it seems that I'm spending free time ( not used to "free time" ) waiting for the next step. Although old @ 62, I have the energy of someone much younger, and am looking to what I want to do with the rest of my life. And it sure is not sitting. I'm looking at many options and this blogging thing is brand new. Over the years I have a few web sites, but never had the time needed to market them. Obviously there are so many, no one can find you anymore without some type of plan, purpose and niche marketing.

On March 31 I started running again, I use the word loosely, as any runner will tell you starting from scratch on day 1 is more like plodding than running. In the past I have run in many 10K races, and in 3 Mini-Marathons, but that is like past history at this beginners stage once again.
