Cooler ( 72 ) still 95% humidity, tried for 2.5 miles this early am, made it about 2.3. Getting there slowly but surely. Felt OK just ran out of juice. Walked the rest of the way.
Rest of week posts will be later as jogs will be later in the day. Not much else here, our church had a pool party at the City Park pool last night and the wife and I went to sit in the shade, eat some peaches and cookies and visit. Nice and relaxing.
